Good video. But for black pistols, you might want to get a white or light-colored mat for your tabletop so the pistol in your demonstration shows up better. Just my 2 cents...
Put those sights on mine a week ago and they are very good and priced right. The mag. extensions are in the mail. Hope to have them in a few days. Tx22 is a really great 22lr handgun.
Taurus website sells night sight 90$. They are similar to trijicon hd sights. The best pistol sights made i.m.o. I had only 1 issue with the tandemkross extensions. Will not feed the last round. No Matter how many rounds I load. Other than that I love this gun.
On tandemkrosses website when you buy this kit, it now comes with a shim for the follower so theres more spring tension so the last round doesnt hang up
@Slavinatorski just got mine yesterday and already have 750 rounds through it. Everything ran about as well as my 10/22 does (which is to say, the occasional ammo related issue, like light primer strikes every 200 rds or so). It ran federal and winchester ammo perfect, but browning copper HP kept nosediving in the magazine and not feeding. Do you know if the TK mag extension retains the slide lock on empty mags? Thanks! Thank you very much! It should keep the slide locked on last round. The follower is the same one that was in the magazine originally. I'll double check in the morning when I'm back at the house.
They didnt give you the shims? Its supposed to come with shims for the follower to put more tension on the spring so the last round doesnt fail to feed.. i just ordered this and there is a disclaimer stating that it cones with them..
All things considered Na on the extended mag but a big hell YES on the sight. Just be easier to get another magazine. 5 more rounds aren't going to make any difference. (16 vs (21) vs a new 16) round mag???? Another 16 round magazine makes more sense.
The magazines for the pistol are pretty affordable too. Its fun to try out some of these new ideas but I'm 100% with you, the sight is freaking awesome! It's only $20 and makes a huge difference.
Why would anyone put that stupid handle on the back of the slide? Do you have the grip of a two year old girl? The pistol is great. The mag extension is ok. The handle on the back is just stupid.
$24 to add 10 rounds* It's a two pack. Regardless I think it is an easy decision, add 25% more ammo to the magazine already in the gun vs having to reload. At the end of the day my philosophy is simple "¿Por qué no los dos?"
I just thought these were neat upgrades, plus gives you 5 more rounds without having to reload. I love that accessories for this pistol are so affordable.
@@Slavinatorski As Maverick pointed out, it's a two pack, so it's also MUCH more reasonable. Personally, the best accessories to these sweet little Freedom spitters are a can and the new Baldr Mini laser/light from Olight! PERFECTION!!!
@@bigd7861 I would have to agree, I have a Radical 22 can I've been dying to test out. Picked up some 22lr subsonics to test too. I may have to puck up one of those lights for it. I can't bring myself to buy that "poplock" slide charging assist they have. Just looks way too weird to me.
I can see about shortening it up some. I'm a digital media person so the flair comes naturally and I keep getting more ideas to mess with. This is also kind of my test area for ideas I use at my job.

You could conceivably use the play in the front sight to adjust windage if necessary
Thats a good point, give it a little nudge in either direction.

The trigger is polymer and the mag release is metal. Tested with a magnet just in case.
