      Thanks for your comment!
      This system can range from the 16 - 20k+ mark depending on what we can and cant reuse in your caravan!
      The best way to get an accurate price is to shoot through an email to us at info@amae.net.au with your vans info & what you wish to achieve!

    How would you go about something bigger?
    For instance 900amp system or 24v with 600amp capacity?

      We can do 900ah systems. It just needs to be matched with enough solar to recharge. Always happy to look at your van and make a recommendation.

    How long does the ac run at a normal 22C on low fan with the 600AH liths?

    • @accelerateoffgridtouring
      @accelerateoffgridtouring  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You can expect 5 - 10 hrs of run time off 600ah of Lithium @ 22deg on low fan. There are a lot of variables that can come into play with A/c run times including outside temp, Solar input, humidity etc. Thanks!

      @@accelerateoffgridtouring Thanks guys, I understand the variables, I appreciate you giving me a benchmark to start design. Thanks for taking the time to respond.

    Wow, sounds great! enjoying your videos. I think our new van requires power points to be nominated to have both shore power and inverter power if we did not want the expense of all power points this way. If we converted to this system in the future, does it not matter for this setup, ie. all 240v points will just be run by the inverter when switched?

      Thanks for the comment!
      Yes, this particular system allows for every 240v Outlet to be powered in the Caravan via shore power OR inverter power due to the inbuilt AC transfer switch.

      @@accelerateoffgridtouring And when wiring it like this, the battery charger powers on via the inverter as well, or does this get isolated?

    Most flat panels will only generate around 30 to 35 % of the actual out put of the panels.
