Oh sorry, we didn't have ours clipped on since we didn't need it. So it should be clipped on the bottom and the side. Then there is a velcro piece on the backrest that helps the cane stay standing up. Does that help?
I bought one of these with the pneumatic tires but I didn’t read enough I guess cause these are very nice as long as you’re only 5 1/2 foot tall any taller than that they won’t fit you so you might say they’re made for women are real short menI’m 10 I would say it 2 inches short of fitting me I had to send it back
I'm sorry to hear that. I'm 5'6" and there were still a couple pegs to go. But maybe if you have long legs for your height, the level 8 may not still be tall enough.
