You asked for it, so here it is.....MY FOOD TRAILER!! I am really excited to be starting this new journey and after getting laid off after 21 years, it is a BIG CHANGE!! But with your help and support, a dream of mine is coming true!! This is just the start and a special Thanks to @MrBeast for your belief in me and helping in such a big way to make this dream of mine come true!!

This is so cool!! Please document the whole process of getting this ship shape bc it’s so interesting and neat. Can’t wait to see this process and the finished truck and all the things you cook, of course!
Hey, I am planning on doing videos of the cleaning and trying to get inspections and stuff. A lot of stuff just to get this ready, but I really want to document as much as possible!

So glad you are here!! Yeah, just trying to get all the permits and getting everything cleaned is the biggest hurdle right now, but it's slowly coming together!

Looks great Butch! Depending on how quick you want to get it cleaned up and how much effort/money, you might want to look into one of those companies that comes and steam cleans commercial kitchens, I bet they could get it all clean really quickly. Good luck on the new venture, if you cook the food you have always cooked on your channel I am sure you will do well!

Good luck with your trailer. I bought a food truck, self contained. It was a full kitchen that would serve 3,000 meals a day if staffed and supplied adequately. It was used for disaster services with the Salvation Army. It was on a 29 foot truck frame with all diesel fuel including the generator. After your clean up you will have a great time cooking. I am looking forward to some videos from the food truck.

That setup looks damn near perfect. Just need some decent sized fans for some forced ventilation. In the summer all those hot surfaces with also be cooking the staff (and the refrigerator / freezer)
There will be fans, but with the hood on and the service window open and screen closed and roof vents open, it creates a good breeze!
This trailer setup is awesome, can’t wait to see you use it and spread food love!

Cool. I just picked up a 2018 16 ft, pizza trailer with 3 stacked conveyour ovens. I am going to document the work that we are doing too. It was suppose to be turnkey. I already upgraded the Backup Air. It gets very hot in there without a downflow fan from what I was told. So, that went in. I will document that for sure. Most trailers are blazin hot. Hopefully we got this heat beat! Big investment but, I bought it right, so I am good no matter! Yours is Looking as good as mine or better. Every trailer has to be laid out for whatever you are selling. We are not doing deep fried. We can do just about anyfood. Imagine 50 pies an hour coming out!! This is going to be fun! Looks great. What kind of food you going to make? Similar to what you're making in your videos?
Main thing will be smashburgers, but have varieties like taco, Hawaiian, pizza etc.

When I look for quick grab food I love when the name gives me an idea of what type of food I’m getting . Especially online searches
I was thinking the same thing, but then I didn't want the name to be tied to a certain type of food(s). I decided to go with something to where if I want or need to change up the menu (for seasons, Festivals/Fairs or special events) I am not tied down to certain things. But I fully understand what you are saying though. I also feel like (with my own experience) is that when a food truck has a name that doesn't explain the food type, I will go and check out the menu to see what they offer.

Diamond plated surfaces are not easy to clean , I would not recommend it for kitchen surfaces or even floors .
True, diamond plate is not the easiest surface to clean, but the trailer was already made with it when I bought it and so far it has not been hard to clean. We have several vids up now of us going through and cleaning if you are interested.

What side is the trailer? Was this expensive used?
This 8.5 x 16, I would say it was about the right price for being used but fully equipped.

No commissary, but I have a local kitchen that I will be using!

I agree, this is how we bought it. We have been going through and cleaning and there is a playlist showing the progress of cleaning. But I agree it was disgusting, no question. I would never operate like this.
Very nice food trailer. The generator. Is a bit loud. Since you tow that trailer I would try to put the generation in the Truck and try to move it just a little further away will proper heaven corneas. My opinion is a big loud.
