下雨天在森林里来杯咖啡，感觉不错（雨の日に森で一杯のコーヒーを注ぐ。いい感じ。for google translate ）

初めまして。焚き火と森の声と雨音に癒されました。
チャーハンですが、しっかりと鍋を温めてから油を馴染ませ、卵を投入、軽く油と卵を合わせてご飯を卵の上に乗せるイメージで入れます。この時に、ご飯にはあらかじめ塩胡椒、グルタミン酸(味の素)をまぶしておくとスムーズです。
ご飯を投入後は油、卵をご飯に馴染ませ、ご飯粒を油と卵でコーティングするイメージで、お玉でダマを潰していきます。
全体的に混ざったらチャーシューを入れて火を通します。
醤油等で最終の味付けをする直前にネギを入れ、醤油等で味付けを整えたら完成です。
あくまで、ラーメン屋店主の私の作り方ですが良ければ参考までに。

いいですね！落ち着きます！夜にチャーハン観てお腹すきましたが(笑)多分ラードの多さに火力が回ってないのでラードを減らすといいですね。名前忘れて申し訳ないですが良い米はしっとりして安い米はパラパラになりやすいって米屋さんで聞いたことがあります。

その焚き火台の火力でパラパラにするならご飯を水をすこしだけ少なめで炊けばパラパラになりますよ。

Greeting from Taiwan, nice video and the fried rice looks so delicious!!
May I suggest making the fried rice with following sequence: 1)Take out the fried egg from the wok first. 2)put the ingredients(meat, ham or so) into the wok, cook with small fire to let them dry. 3)Put the rice and the fried egg back into the wok, with big fire.(must use overnight rice, which is dry). 4)Add pepper and salt then it's done. And you'll get a dry and perfect fried rice(instead of sticky which would affect the taste).🙂👍
