Don't worry if you don't feel what others feel about any song or album. Music is subjective. What moves one person, doesn't necessarily move another.

No matter how many times I hear Come Together, I’m always blown away by the sheer musicianship of it. The band is just so in the pocket for the whole thing. Not many edits, mostly just the band playing live in the room. I guess some people can’t appreciate just settling into a groove.

Ive seen a lot of reaction videos of the beatles music and i must say that i found yours very refreshing. It feels honest when you both praise and critisize the songs. Its childish of some beatle fans to expect praise all the time. My reaction to not agreeing with you on some songs was to laugh because i found it refreshing and i knew some fans would be pissed

18:07 the wind sound effect was made by George Harrison using a Moog synthesizer, plus the song was cut at the very end because Geoff Emerick did at John Lennon's request!

I am 75. I have listened to tons of music. What I have learned over time is that many songs I love on first listen get tedious pretty while some that I didn't like so much immediately became better and better as I listened to the more. You started listening in 2019. You need a bit more musical maturity to get it. This is not a put down. You are a product of your time and as you age I hope you venture more into music of the late 60s to mid 70s. If you approach it open mindedly without preconceptions I believe you will find it an enriching journey.

I like your honesty when it comes to The Beatles. You’ve even criticized Radiohead before. Which says a lot since it is a band you love. It’s very cool to know Radiohead love the Beatles and they were influenced by them, especially on Ok Computer.

A couple of things to share. 1. Originally, Side B was supposed to be Side A of Abbey Road and vice versa meaning Here Comes the Sun was the opening track until very late when they decided to make the change which put Come Together first. It also would have put I Want You (She’s So Heavy) as the closer with the Moog generated white noise and the hard ending as the close to The Beatles last LP. 2. George Harrison plays bass on Oh! Darling. 3. Maxwell’s Silver Hammer is a light little ditty about a serial killer. You miss that on the first listen.

I appreciate your honest take on the album, but it feels like when you talk over the entire album, I don't get the sense you're even listening to it. I don't expect you to necessarily like what you're listening to, but you can't judge it if you aren't really listening. Just my 2 cents.

I like covering a variety of quality, but there's definitely some stuff I've hated. There's tons of videos on my channel on projects I don't like (Imagine Dragons, AJR, Oasis, etc.), I just like balancing it with stuff I'll probably end up enjoying too.

@humanreviewsstuff Mary react channels are disingenuous. They play for pay, it seems. If you honestly don't like something, that's a breath of fresh air. HOWEVER. Don't listen to stuff you've heard and hated or liked. REAL SIMPLE, listen to stuff experts have said was great THAT YOU'VE NEVER HEARD. Read old BILLBOARD MAGAZINES and such for ratings and get CONTEXT. IMO. Cya dude

Okay if you don't love It .
The thing is the Beatles are already seated they don't need you're okay or for you to love their music or not loving music the thing about it is they've already Seated as the Best and Most popular, and innovative Group, and rightfully are in their own Lane and with 2.5 billion unit sales nobody's going to catch them ever, especially when the nearest is at 375 million.
these guys could write great music. Together over 200 songs and maybe about 10 or 15 of of their least quality songs are innovative.
They used a studio like an instrument.
they Mic'd An anp with Thin cuts in the Diaphragm to create tha asisrortion Affect and want Vocals in many of their songs through a guitar amp well before anybody thought to do that. their usage of rooms Mic'd or with Small tubes placed from a connecting room to a lone empty room with a microphone , to record lower Dbs ,not to mention different setups which have pushed the envelope for effects modules that we use today .
the Beatles created genres of music that we listen to today .
With a song The Beatles created a genre and moved forward. They created the first concept album The art and the photographs that they would use for albums were innovative I mean they did everything first man of course you have to follow the Beatles up until now I mean even Metal was created by the Beatles, not to mention the raw undertaking of garage music which led itself to punk rock in early 71 in America and then obviously the Sex pistols in the UK. Punk which was supposed to be the label for these young up-and-coming musicians who were labeled Punks by Creem magazine to describe their Raw, Novice presentations in the late 60s by a 1971 article.
It's no secret every boy and girl at the time the Beatles were seen on Ed Sullivan, got inspiration by the Beatles.
Every last kid that saw the Beatles, first time, their 1st😂 thought was,, I to can do that, and picked up a guitar. because they saw the Beatles 5:09 5:09 5:09

Oh, he likes the first site. He even gave Octopus's garden a 9.8. I would never rate it nearly as high. I would also rate Something lower and Come together higher.
By the way, Sgt.Pepper is by no means the first concept album, there've been some before in other genres. The Beatles made the principle of the concept album very popular and this also applies to other areas. The Beatles didn't reinvent music. They very often took ideas and combined them with their own ideas, often in really great ways. And it's still true today, that if it says Beatles on it somewhere, it has a signal effect and other artists take their cue from it.
What do you mean by units? The number seems a bit too high to me.

Ask any Musician or Artist that you can think of.
The Beatles were and are the most influential band across the Earth that you are living in, Past Present and likely Future.
Learn how to play an instrument.
It's the difference between someone who likes cars and someone who is a master mechanic.
    Dig?
    Or is it too shallow?

@@humanreviewsstuff Not true. Some of us watched the whole damn thing, and watched you trash music written by musical geniuses because you are musically ignorant. Listening to you judge this music so harshly after hearing it for a minute or two was nauseating! If people are only listening to you judge one or two songs and turning the channel…that’s a problem for you! The people watching you react to Beatles music are HUGE BEATLES FANS who have been studying their music and the stories behind each song, and the details of its production for 60 years! Are you aware of that? If you want to make money reacting to 50’s, 60’s, and 70’s music, you had better open up your mind and take this job seriously! Because your audience are Senior Citizens who know this music better than you. They are hoping you hear something which should be appreciated. Most musicologists have to listen to just one Beatles song many times to be able to hear the many layers of the recording, because the recordings are so damn intricate! Your ears cannot comprehend everything it is hearing the first time. If you knew that, you would also know it isn’t fair to the song to make such quick judgments on this band’s songs. And you say almost NOTHING about the lyrics. My God!
Watch the Rob Squad Reactions channel. They are both educators, and they made over $400,000 last year by reacting to this music. They were raised on hip hop music and one heard some 80’s music while growing up. They only stop the music just once, halfway through to talk about it. They have learned from the comments about each song and these bands. They try to figure out why the song was such a big hit…what did people LOVE about the song? Your audience isn’t going to suggest shitty music for you to react to.
