FSU and Miami are absolute night and day right now. Miami too heavily used the Transfer Portal. Difference between the transfers of each school is that Miami's transfer are having major success on the field (Cam Ward, Tyler Baron, Micah Powell, Zach Carpenter, etc) and are a major factor in why Miami is winning. While, a lot of these transfers at FSU are not playing well at all, especially DJ U. Miami just has better talent evaluators on staff. But even more importantly where Miami and FSU differ in as you mentioned in the video, recruiting. Norvell has yet to have a Top 10 class, while Mario can't seem to not have a Top 5 class every year it seems. If you watch Miami games you'll see a lot of freshman, and sophomore play (OJ Frederique, Justin Scott, Jordan Lyle, Elija Lofton, Zaquan Patterson, etc). Miami is able to mix in transfer guys and guys they have recruited successfully where they contribute together. And even when these transfers leave Miami has the development, recruiting, and money to ensure there is no harsh drop off in team skill and team culture when that happens

Players opted out they didn't care. You seen another team, Georgia that missed the playoffs in the bowl game against FSU. We all seen how that went. Georgia players in the majority still showed up. Georgia didn't complain or play the victim, they showed up and took care of business. What was it like 60 something to 3? One team has championship DNA the other is a fraud. Florida State has some soul searching.
We don’t need to get rid of Norvell we’re not at that point yet. He’s not overrated considering he’s coming off an undefeated season. However, DJ needs to come out.
I'm a Memphis Native and fan. You guys need to grab some hope. Losing 3 g ames staight is not the end of all. Gather your faith. Memhis has done it for 60years.
Gene Chizik, Coach O, Scott Frost, and even some other bad/average coaches have undefeated seasons. For 2023 I give all the credit to the experienced players from the portal. His HS recruiting and development of players is the sign for me, but if I'm wrong I will admit it when the time comes. I just think FSU is better than this.
