There are 2 types of chicken rice: 1: Boiled chicken rice eaten with bean curd dipping sauce. 2: Fried chicken rice eaten with sweet dipping sauce and soup in which the chicken is boiled. Rice is stir-fried with garlic and ginger before being coated in oil from boiled chicken. It's a menu that foreigners love because it's not spicy. But if you like it spicy, you can add more chilli as you like.👍😀💓
