The group that runs the Maui Tropical Plantation are awesome!!! We were one of the first groups to go zip lining in Nov of 2020 after they re-opened and they couldnt have been more accommodating, I highly recommend going!! In fact, my youngest daughter remembered being there years ago and receiving the meat of the coconut the last time she was there!!!

I love the Pineapple Tour! We had a beekeeper talk to a group I belong to. I could have listened to him for hours! So interesting! I’d love to go on the bee tour. The honey looks delicious. The shoes look great! Attractive and functional. Perfect for a trip to Maui! Glad to see Maui Tropical Plantation is back! Went there on my honeymoon in ‘94 and brought our kids there many years later!

Contrary to popular opinion, we are not yet out of the pandemic. Cases are steady tho most cases are lighter. People are still dying. One of our favorite musicians is also a farmer and they do a farm tour with plenty slack key music. George Kahamoku Jr. He also does a slack key show with lots of impressive music guests. The bee museum was amazing. Mahalo, guys.

Not sure if you have already answered, but do you know if any of these farms were affected by the fires? I’ll check each one and post an update.
No, none were directly hit by the wildfires. Some of the West Maui farms in the article we have on farm tours were damaged by winds on August 8th.
Do the farms need reservations to visit?
Yes, for the most part. they are guided tours so they are at certain times and can book up.
