I'm 59 and have heard tens of thousands of trance tunes since 1990 and this will always be up there with the very best. Another one I heard at one of the big London revival raves recently - think it was Sunnyside Up's 30 birthday (MC K's 62nd birthday celebration) but may have been at Frantic or Trance Sanctuary. Whatever it sounded as wonderful as ever.
When I first listended to this song back in 2003 I also had to cry and I wondered why. But apparently there's something in it when lots of other people write the same here. The most epic masterpiece of epic trance, touching, beautiful, connecting. One of a kind.

This music is completely apolitical. It is so universal. Honest and avoids any suggestion. It is all-encompassing and excludes no one. Reconciling, not dividing. There is no need for words about what all people on this earth feel and what connects us. These days the focus is always on what separates us and what makes us different, but we tend to overlook the obvious power of community and what we have in common.

i haven't heard this is a long time and it's still one of the best trance tracks ever made.
I have graduated in a workman school as an electrician when i was 18 in 2003, when this song was fresh out. I wasnt so confident that i want to do this, i was so scared. Listening to this song I decided to go to a college, because i have more in me than just a regular electrician. My english wasnt so good back then but i have understood that the lyrics was for me. "my future is so clear, cause everythings right here inside of me"
and what happened then?
Worked for 4 years in my profession, plus studied more in an evening school, to have the minimum to go to a university. Went to the university, graduated, and now I work in a government office in my country. 😁 The song is only about that short time of my life.

As everyones telling stories, First time I heard this I was 5 E's deep along a few other Gouryella tunes when I was about 16 in 2008. So I imagine you can all appreciate the absolute heavenly bliss I was in. I always loved trance but nothing hit the spot like this! Absolutely unreal, one of the best peices of music I've ever heard. The more I hear Anahera now I the more I think that track'll cast the same magic through me in years to come too. I've always felt the value of music even more after years have passed, especially when you have such heavenly memories attached to them. I don't know who the burnt disc was that I took home with me that night but it changed my life. Nothing compares to Gouryella.

This track is real trance. You generally don't hear anything like it today. It has energy and emotion instead of auto tune filler. RIP real trance.

Ferry Corsten is still to this day my favorite artist. He consistently releases powerful pounding beats that resonate within my ear drums. Tiesto on the other hand, in my opinion, has become a complete sell out. Nyana was one of my top 5 trance songs, but after his early days his music has just become so bland. He's become a name brand and nothing more, sadly...
