    It was exciting to see the new 2.0 products and refreshing to see your keeping what worked on the previous models and added features to improve safety. We love your products and enjoy using them. Best wishes for the up coming year and keep making products that we in the trades want to use.

    Little Giant Ladder doesn't just make the best ladders! I own the revolution ratchet leveler. It's even autographed by Art Wing himself.😊 When you're working on uneven ground, this ladder will keep you safe.
    I got the privilege to help paint the Hal Wing Studio after it was built. As seen in this video. Giving it the old warehouse look. During my time working there they provided us with a variety of different ladders to use. They educated me on each ladder and demonstrated all of its features and safety precautions. It's real important to learn about the ladder you are using, not just purchasing. They're all very different, even if you've been on a ladder your whole life, watching the tutorial videos will keep you safe and show you the features you were unaware of. Little Giant puts massive effort towards the safety of everyone because they care.
    While working in the studio, I got to know the fellow employees and I learned what a remarkable company it truly is. They're all treated with utmost respect and appreciation. I didnt get the honor to meet Hal Wing himself. However, I feel as if I have.
    So for the customers of Little Giant, and to those shopping for a ladder, remember they dont "Just Make Ladders"

    At 1:02 into the video.... You're 25% Make it work; 35% Seen it before; 50% Get it done. I enjoyed that even if that does add up to 110%. (Maybe especially because!)

    I have an older Little Giant Epic with the Leg Levelers built into the main legs rather than into outriggers. It is almost perfect because I can use the levelers in a narrow space where the outriggers would not fit. Has this feature been discontinued? If so, can I use a product such as LeveLok LL-STB-1AL and permanently attach it to your ladder legs? thanks.

    • @LittleGiantLadders
      @LittleGiantLadders  ปีที่แล้ว

      The Epic still features the built-in levelers. The outriggers are on the fiberglass Conquest. We also have a Velocity with built-in ratchet levelers, as well as the Leveler. So no worries... it is not being discontinued!! :)

    Does the sure step come with 4 step configuration?

    • @LittleGiantLadders
      @LittleGiantLadders  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      This is the only size of sure step. It is considered a step-stool, which means it is non-adjustable and under 32" tall. If it was any taller, you wouldn't be able to stand on the top, because it would no longer be a step-stool.

      @@LittleGiantLadders at 8:29 the camera was zooming in to the leg and the CEO pulled the ladder out of the way and the camera stayed looking at the floor for a few seconds. Loud music started playing right when people were still talking and it was hard to hear what they were saying. I couldn’t finish watching the video .. maybe it was purposely made this way.. but you guys have a great product and I could not finish watching the video. I’m not hating on the product because .. I just purchased myself a model 22 from Walmart. I’m just researching what other products your company is making.. maybe it’s because I hate watching infomercials that this video turned me off.

    When you add this many models, you micro-segment the market, which should grow sales. BUT, you also create confusion. I would organize your website by both Product and Customer Segment. Electrician -> Click Here, Framing -> Click Here, Seeking a Step Ladder for Aging Parents -> Click Here. The site and options are overwhelming for a consumer, at times, unless you are an industrial client and already know what you are looking for. And, at times, they will also be overwhelmed.

      Thanks for your feedback Andy, We agree with you and are currently in the process of redesigning our homepage to make it clearer and easier to sort through our products. We are hoping it will help. This is something we are thinking a lot about and looking for solutions, so thank you.
