    HHO this hydrogen generator consists of 49 stainless steel plates but is not 316L stainless steel. It is a weaker stainless steel. I used a 12 V battery and it consumes about 11-14 amps and produces 2 - 2.5 L / min (lpm) of hho. I used distilled water and potassium hydroxide and got a good electrolysis. The result of the construction of this hydrogen generator was satisfactory. This complete hydrogen putty can be used on any car that wants to save fuel.
    It's a dry cell. A larger hydrogen generator. My biggest hydrogen generator. The one that produces the most fuel in the water.
    This project can be expanded to produce more free hydrogen with more free energy-producing solar panels. Or with a mini wind turbine.
    Thank you very much

    I wish people knew we don't need anyone telling us how to live. To live in peace and harmony, with out destroying the planet. I have seen so many tiny little generators. Too small. And not practical. We need to leave society and return back to the natural order of time and space, to survive and evolve as we are supposed to in this magic times. I would love to win the prize. But, even if I don't. This is a gold post to me. Thankyou!

    • @AircondGypsy
      @AircondGypsy 2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      yes safety protocols must be used in these systems. as with any other. In this you must use a flashback arrestor. another inlin bubbler serves this purpose well. also this gas must be diluted by a ratio of around 5 to 1 with normal air before it gets introduced to an internal combustion engine or you are correct ...it will go BANG 1 last time and you would NOT want to be near it when it did that! But done correctly this system can produce a nice usable gas with which to run an engine.

    • @10peteo
      @10peteo ปีที่แล้ว +2

      This system doesn't hold enough volume to cause much damage if the hho got ignited prematurely, blown out hoses would be my guess.

    ne poti spune curentul absorbit tensiune (V) si amperaj (A) pentru acest design sau puterea absorbita (W) ? Pare fabulos de eficient. Probabil o sa construiesc si eu unul ca sa testez pe un generator ca sa verific randamentul intre puterea absorbita de generarea hidrogenului si puterea ramasa disponibila din total putere generata. Apropo ai folosit doar apa simpla sau ai aditivat-o cu vreun hidroxid? Dupa design vad ca ar fi un generator de hidrogen pur separand oxigenul dar nu sunt foarte sigur, este un generator hidrogen sau un generator HHO?

    I built a custom 11 plate 8"x8" HHO 'dry cell' generator like this, years ago, that was making well over 3L. per minute at 13.5v. and 30 amps. I used a custom volt/amp regulator and an accelerator pedal switch to maintain a constant draw as the cell warmed up. The pedal switch would cut the generator down to 5 amps at idle, so as not to overrun the carbs. I used it in a '71 VW Beetle with a modified 1685cc. dual-port with dual carbs, mild cam, and big valves. Without HHO, it averaged about 28-30 mpg. and with HHO, it averaged about 34-38 mpg. depending on road conditions and speed. 65-70 mph. seemed to be the sweet spot, since the cam started to work really well at that speed.😉 *EDIT:* Just for the record, you'd have to produce a massive amount of HHO to actually run an engine, but a smaller amount works wonders to greatly increase your gas (or diesel) mileage, by acting as a catalyst to burn more of the fuel. Also, carbureted vehicles tend to respond much better than EFI, and are easier and cheaper to set up.👍

      What about throwing some solar panels on the roof and a couple LiFePo in the trunk? With 400 watts of solar power, you could store probably 2400 watts in the batteries to add a buffer for HHO generation.

    • @danw1955
      @danw1955 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@peppernickelly That's a lot of complexity for a few watts of extra power. The average modern car alternator will produce 100+ amps at idle. Hi again!! I've seen some of your other videos, and commented. I'm still dumbfounded by your rate of production for a single cell (I see your sets of plates were all connected in parallel via that pair of rods). The splitting of water, or any molecules, from electricity should be confined to produce an amount of its constituents that is directly proportional to the input current. That is, Faraday's constant (96,485 coulombs) is required to produce one mole of electrons, and it takes twice that number to produce that many hydrogen molecules because it takes 2 electrons to split an H2O molecule. From this, we know that 192970 coulombs (or 192970 amp-seconds) are required to produce one mole of hydrogen, which is 22.4 L at STP, or around 24 L at room temperature. So, from this, we can calculate that it would take a single electrolytic cell 134 amps (regardless of the voltage) to produce 1 LPM of hydrogen (192970 / 60 seconds in a minute / 24L). Since you were measuring the flow of the two gasses mixed together (HHO), you can divide this by 1.5, but you still end up with 89.3 amps. Now, your flow meter showed 2 LPM so that would require over 178 amps.
    Are you sure your water wasn't also boiling? Or, is your flow meter working correctly? 2LPM is impossible at 14 amps unless you had 12 to 13 electrolytic cells connected in series (not parallel) and that configuration would require at least 22.5 volts at 14 amps.

    • @AircondGypsy
      @AircondGypsy 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@ChristmasEve777 -- I don't know what a mole is but all the HHO generators are run in parallel so each cell gets around 2 volts for the most efficient use of a 12-volt DC. system. The most efficient cell has 5 neutral plates between the positive and negative plates. But you need a PWM to force more amps through the cells. Now if you don't have a PWM and say it's a 6 cell system on 12 volts, each cell gets 2 volts between each plate in each cell but you can only use between 10 to 13 amps for the whole unit. I have a 10 by 10 inch 6 cell unit and that is all I can push through it. So what the guys are doing now is eliminating neutral plates to bump up the voltages between the plates. But the problem is, it starts heating up the water so now you start getting water vapor with the gas, and that you don't want. I have used my unit for 3 years now and I get about 10% better millage using it. It keeps the engine so clean that the oil looks brand new after a year of driving but I change it anyway because I know it breaks down over time. What I do is run the HHO hose with a flashback arrestor just inside the air intake so the computer senses it and adjusts for it. One other thing is it works great in diesel engines because most older ones are low RPM.

    • @ChristmasEve777
      @ChristmasEve777 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Ken-rk3by It's been a while since I saw this video but, from reading my original post, it sounds like the cells are, indeed, in parallel which is actually very INEFFICIENT at 12V. What you described in the beginning of your comment is absolutely correct except that is a series of cells. When you have neutral plates in between calls that are not directly connected to the power source, that's series, not parallel. If you have a pair of rods connecting all the cells together and run 12V through them, that's terrible efficiency and, hence, much heat is produced. The key is (like you alluded to) to keep each cell near 2V (you said 12v / 6 cells). The ones I make run at 2V/cell and they stay fairly cool even after long periods of time. But besides being inefficient, connecting all cells together with a pair of conduits effectively creates one giant cell. So your production rate will not be what you think, but a fraction of it. If you have, say, 7 cells in parallel your production rate is just a function of the current being drawn, regardless of voltage. If you have 7 cells in series (neutral plates involved), your production rate is proportionate to the current being drawn TIMES 7 (albeit it will certainly pull less current than the parallel version). This is just an example - I didn't rewatch the video. But the I think my original point was that an (effectively) single cell couldn't possibly have that rate of production at the current he said.
