Nice work! I also have the same drag knife, I cut 3/16" foam circles for a client but apply the graphics after they are cut. At first was justing a gator board with a spindle on but that board is a bit expensive. Going to try to work on a better registration method to make it work more precise to apply graphics first. Doing more than one pass?
Make sure your blade is super sharp, and your z origin is low enough you may be able to get away with one pass
