OMG! beautiful, the dress is exactly like Dua's dress. You did great with the trim. However, I think the black & white trim needs a little sparkle. Otherwise job well done!

Next time to take the yellow out of the fabric and make it white, add a few drops of purple shampoo to warm water mix well and dip in the fringe , purple counter acts yellow tones to create crisp white

Ki, help pleease! I'll be graduating from school this year and really wish I could wear a dress kind of like the ones "Retro Muse's Shop" make, or simply a vintage black dress! But here in Brazil it's way too hard to find something like this, so I thought about sewing it; could you possibly make a project on this, and share a pattern with us? What kind of 4 strand is that cos the way i do it looks completely different, it cool though how its flat, thats how a 5 strand turn out, my 4 strand is more round like a 2

Or for coloring it, I know purple cancels out yellow. So maybe if they had added some purple dye in the first method that could have helped?
