    Congrats to you on your weight loss journey. I started meal prepping a year ago at 252 lbs. Chicken, lean beef, brown rice, lots of veggies and low sodium everything. I lost 52 lbs by just watching my diet, no exercise.

      Man, I would love to lose weight by just eating right but so far no luck 😂
      Trying to hit the gym 4-5 days a week on top of eating right. My biggest issue so far is my snacking 😫😫
