hi guys! i'm hazel. welcome to another adulting vlog! ◡̈ today i'll share a SIMPLE and AFFORDABLE DIY IKEA curtain makeover to make your home more aesthetic and to achieve a luxe look.
I initially planned on getting a supplier to do our curtains but they quoted me Php26,000! So I decided to DIY it instead to save money. The total amount is only around Php 8,000!
here are the IKEA items and cost for dining and living room curtains:
HILJA curtains (2 sets) - 1980
TERESIA sheer curtains (2 sets) - 900
LENDA curtains (2 sets) - 3580
HUGAD curtain rods (3 pcs) - 1200
BETYDLIG wall/ceiling brackets (6 pcs) - 600
BETYDLIG curtain rod holders (3 pcs) - 150
RAFFIG finials - 120
TOTAL = PHP 8,530.00

omg super nice ikea haul! i loooveeeee all the items! ❤❤❤ the curtains really turned out great and 101% elevated the look instantly!! not to mention the large amount you saved from 26K down to just almost 9K! and this is more fulfilling coz DIY gives you a participation to the outcome so it can become sentimental at some point! good decision and i’m glad you made it! ❤🎉
