As someone who has AvPD and a Somatic Disorder, a therapist more than a decade ago, said once, I maybe have CPTSD. But it never was explored further. Back then AvPD was not apparent either. Just recently I started to realize childhood neglect and abuse, and subsequent traumatic experiences... caused my AvPD (as a coping style). I'm just now after almost 2 decades, start to realize the Trauma and programming because of it, is my "problem". I'm kinda sad I was (and still am) so closed off, and afraid to open up. That I never realized this before, the fog is slowly clearing though. I still have hope I can learn to live with it. Hearing Ekoh rap about his trauma, even helped seeing my own Trauma a bit clearer.

what if u fond some 1 like that realy trust some one u turn even ther back to them becus u know ther got ur 6 bud then ther drop u like its naving how u life treu something like that when it took me 15 years to open up and at the same time lose evrything that ceep me together ?
and when i get a trapist like some 1 like u how has the sasors and dont look at me stupit when i say my mothers daed was ez ther losing all my frinds on the same time and onlie say its not ez and i tell them i didnt say it was ez to lose my mom its was the moost ez part off it all and ther onlie look at me
