- Do we have Gold Fever? We barely got started gold panning during our last live, and since, watched some great tutorials (thanks Bob!). We'll see if this does any good and if there's gold in our pan, check it out under the microscope! We'll also check out some recently cut gems (opals, sunstones, garnets, etc.) and discuss how they might like to land into the jewelry pieces. Of course all this if the tangents don't win out first! Share your thoughts, questions, wise, and how you are doing in the live chat, see you there!

I was able to watch this not live. The amount of material you had in your pan should take about a minute to process. You have to trust that the weight of the gold will keep it in the pan. You can wash on the section without ridges to do quick wash of the lights when you swirl. Keep panning and have fun. Gold wishes for you.
Thanks for catching the canned version! I have watched some videos on going faster and I'll get there. Rufo and I did a live yesterday that was really useful, I loaded silver in the pan so I could track my heavies. Cool training wheels and gave me much more confidence.
