Obviously I don't expect to become a kung fu master through the internet, but for a guy that's almost 40 and dealing with younger day injuries, these body weight stretches and exercises really helps regain fluidity of joints. A few days of this and I'm already feeling better. (knees, shoulders, back)
lol - it is your life not a training - thus no plan - do as much as you can daily till you are able to move next level - if too hard you can easily resort to callisthenics for stages of anything here - for me it is 2 h morning and 2 h evening but this includes 1 h running with exercises on the move - embrace it - nothing better in life than meditation and self-challenge - opens you up to forces of universe - just be positive about it (don't think about beating thugs up - think about beating a mountain for the pure fun of competition)
I do most of them each for 30 seconds for 3 sets (EXEPT for iron head stance I just do it for 60 seconds) and I do 1 training video for 3 days before going to te next one while doing exorcise and other videos
Survierl l do something similar but instead l do 1 training vid for a week then move on but the next week l am doing the previous vid plus the new one each day and it adds on and on until l have done all of them together in a day for a week then l stop for a week and start again completely
