@vulcanator100 Thanks for viewing the video and posting a comment. The color was in fact stripped out. Our editors did not include that in the video. They were concerned it was becoming too long. We would be happy to repair a shoe for you - free of charge - so you can see our work product. We stand behind our work, which is satisfaction guaranteed.
Thanks! Some companies still produce metal heel tips, although we do not recommend using them. Rubber tips are much better for comfort and they don't destroy your floors! :) We DO however, work on tap shoes, that's the only time I would recommend using metal tips. - James William
Hi, May I know what brand is the black colours that u used to dye the heels? Because I would like to dye my heels to black from white colour. Looking forward for your reply. Many thanks.
The heel was definitely nailed on, using a high PSI nail gun. Certain parts of the video had to be edited out to stay within a certain time frame. Also, the glue that we use is not just a regular glue, it's a high strength rubber cement compound that would require a lot of prying to come loose. Thank you for your comment and for giving us a chance to clear up any confusion! James William Customer Service Representative (888) 556-0172

Perhaps you were using the hypoxic glue, "Atom glue"?
