    I’ve had the hyperfreak 5/4 for a little over two months and the zipper has broke on two separate occasions. I have pretty broad shoulders/upper chest and the same thing happened to me. I need to get a reinforcement at a repair shop like you did.
    Such a bummer

    I’ve had the wetsuit for 5 months now but only used it for 3-4 months as my chest panel has come away. The glue on the panel had just given up so early on. I’ve sent pics for a refund or another suit, they said it’s wear and tear and the suit is worn out. It was probably one of the best suits I’ve owned, I was going to buy another but after this shocking warranty customer service I think not. I even said it’s not like them as I’ve had loads of O’Neill suits. Still got my 3/2 that’s 4 season old this year!

      There does appear to be an issue with durability. If they could sort that out it would be an excellent wetsuit.

    I think all manufacturers make wetsuits as cheap as possible, so they will last just long enough to make it right past the warranty. They also bank on the fact that most people that have owned the suit for a period of time, though still inside the warranty period, will not return the item for an exchange.

      There is definitely an issue with durability on wetsuits that I have owned in recent years.

      Hi, do you mean 2021? I think this was either a 2020 or 2021. I still use O'Neill, but the front zip has had to be reinforced on my winter suit.

    I’m 5’10” and 155 what size would you recommend?

      The size charts are pretty accurate. You can come down a size though as they are so stretchy.

    What do you think on 152 pounds man what’s a good volume short board to float me

    • @GoliathFins
      @GoliathFins  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Use one of the online volume calculators. Firewire have a good one

    Would you concider a zip free suit?

      3mm is zip free. I don't think 5mm has enough stretch
