I've been riding my non-hooded 5.5mm PTech for 10 session already, mainly windsurfing and am veery happy with the fit and how quick it dries. The warmth is ok to good, definitely no water coming :) I hope durability will be good as my prior Mutant lasted for 5+ years. This suit is kinda silky smooth so you should be very careful with nails/sharp objects. Good luck!
I have worn O’Neill Rip Curl Xcel and Billabong. I would said Billabong by far the best. That Graphene works. I wore a 4/3 n Norway all last winter and was perfect. I will say the Psycho series is very warm and stretchy. The worse is Xcel. They’re warm as shit but so damn stiff. I’m always worn out quickest in my Xcel suit.
Got this suit first surf already a hole in it after my second wave I really hope the warranty works 😢 it’s an amazing suit for sure though I can tell all ready
I use the 5.54 hooded for surfing in the Pacific Northwest and it’s amazing. I’ve never been cold even when surfing in December
Oneill phyco tech 5.5/4 hooded or Xcel Infinity comp 5.5/4 hooded?? anyone who have were both?
