This is my way of making this Ridgid pipe wrench last for another 40 years, I cannot duplicate Ridgid power coating, so using trunk bed liner spray it is!
I do like the liner material, because it is durable and it has grip, not a lot but just enough, I think, I have use it on shovel and rake handles, plus it is cheaper than powder coating!
That turned out nice. I have a few I need to do. I also need to get my grandfather's grinder working so I can have a dedicated buffing wheel. Didn't think you were going to get that spring out. 😂😂😂

Yea, you need a dedicated buffing wheel! I need to make a small special tool to depress that spring!

Not sure what you mean by black goo, it sprays on like spray paint and is harder that spray paint.
