Is the recipe in written form on your website or blog?

I don't have it on a website or blog at this point, but here is the recipe just for you! Let me know if you have any questions!
      3 cups flour
      1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
      2 teaspoons salt
      1 1/2 cups warm water
Mix ingredients together. It will look like a shaggy dough.
Cover the bowl. Let sit at room temp for 18-24 hours.
Preheat oven to 450, place a dutch oven in the the oven to get hot (heat the dutch oven for 10-15 mins)
Use your hands to form dough into a loose ball, place on parchment paper into the dutch oven (don't kneed the dough)
Bake for 30 mins at 450
Uncover and bake another 10 minutes until the top gets.
As I've gotten more comfortable with this recipe, I've added garlic and herbs before baking and it was delicious.
Let me know how it goes!! Have fun!

Thanks for the video. Is the flour AP or self rising ?

Great question! I use all purpose white flour (not bread flour or self rising flour). I think you could play around with wheat flour and other flours, but this is what works for me. Happy baking!
