My father-in-law was working in ICF furnishing unit as shop superintendent of shop no.39. He was working there since 1950. He told me all about what you shown. His contributions are highly appreciated as a planning and designer and awarded by the then governor's advisor S.S.Sidhu when it was under governor's rule. S.S.Sidhu and R.V.Subramaniam were the two advisors to the Governor.

Great gift from you for rail fans after a long time :-D YAM is the only model of MG electric locomotive in India. It was run only between Chennai and Villupuram and nowhere else in India. These electric locomotives have very high pantograph as the OHE cables are very high for an MG engine.

I am from ayanavaram and ICF is near to my area, I have visited this icf museum before covid 19. After shopping in the legend new Saravana stores in Padi, I will return from Saravana stores to my home by auto, the auto man drove via ICF museum and turned left which leads to ICF junction.
