Thanks for bringing it on TH-cam. We in Germany haven’t had the chance to watch it. In fact we only got the TV in the 90s and the fist two seasons on DVD. Again thanks and best regards from Germany. 💮
I have mixed feelings about Maggie. I recently watched every episode of the sitcom and now watching this. The series starts with Jason working from home because it was his turn with the kids while Maggie goes to work, after stopping her career to take care of the family. OK, that's fair. Then later, she quits her job at the local newspaper.....says she rather be a stay at home mom, but almost immediately gets into working for a local news channel as a writer...then gets promoted to a reporter. Cool, good for her. At some point she changes her mind again and wants to be a housewife, which is perfect because Jason was offered a partnership in an actual office building. Later on her old boss from the newspaper gives Jason a monthly column. She visits him to negotiate a fair deal, but leaves with a promise of a column of her own. They find out that there's only a budget for one column....so instead of backing off and letting Jason have It, they compete for it. Of course she wins because writing is her best skill. Fast forward last season. She gets offered a job in DC and they move for her, leaving Jason to start over again I a new city. She just seemed very flip floppy, not knowing what she really wants and Jason being a good husband always went with her decision, even if he didn't want to. It didn't feel like a 50/50 marriage when it came to careers.
Growing Pains months after I had turned eight years old in 1985 and ended just a month before I was going to turn 15 in 1992. I had become a huge fan of Alan Thicke around 1983 just two years before GP had premiered and I still love him today and miss him very much.
Wow being the only sibling that’s not full blood I feel Ben’s pain. They literally push him away. Ben is supposed to be garbage This is fucking crazy. This is why I shouldn’t be nostalgic
Did you not watch the show? The parents were one party and while Kirk Cameron was definitely te opposite. Also, the mom has her maiden name, the dad is a therapist, and she's platforming on a campaign because she feels like her opponent did her wrong but pretends its for the good of the people with no real experience vs a businessman creating jobs who knows how to do the job. It should be obvious
I sure do miss the Seavers! Love this!
Thanks for bringing it on TH-cam.

TO ALAN THICKE R.I.P.
His son is hot 🔥 and talented too just like his Dad
RIP Alan Thicke
All these years later, I just realized that Kirk Cameron resembles John Travolta.

I'm wondering why Leo isn't in this one? 😂
Leo should have made a cameo
They never announce what political party to which they belong.
