Most of these demos remind me of when I used to go to hotel bars in Tokyo in the early 90s. There was usually a guy with a workstation playing stuff like this.
I actually got a RA-50 from a friend of mine, just like that, for free. Idk what the hell it was and it just collected dust for a couple of weeks before I began looking it up. It actually works too. Guess it's a legit porno music generator at least XD

I. Bought mine in 1985. Still but when changing rhythm it will not change so I add electric contact cleaner , I open the back of the RA 50. I could see the battery still the battery is functioning but I don’t know witch model anyway it’s maybe a C 2032 model but it’s impossible to remove the front of the ra50 to clean the contact but anyway I could manage now it’s working better . But don’t try to remove the front panel you may damage the RA 50 . Mostly I do watches reviews as I love watches but not electronic repair yet if interesting pls subscribe my channel. I may do electronic repair to in futur and for the RA-50

It is incredible how Roland made these incredible machines with such cringey demos.
I use this as my electronic drumkit.. it has very good midi functions and is easy to program.
