I wonder how was Lethwei vs Muay Thai during those time , was the matchup better than today or is it worst ( did high level Thai and Burmese compete against each other ? ) .
Anyway a guy like Lakhin would bring destruction in the Lethwei scene .

Thai fighters who aren't even a fifth as good as Lakhin can destroy the best Lethwei fighter in their weighclass.
The best 155 lbs Lethwei fighter of this era is Soe Lin Oo and he'll get destroyed by Buakaw, Yodsanklai, Sittichai, Superbon, Saiyok, Yodwicha, Jo, Tawanchai, Thananchai, Shadow, Petchmorakot, Saensatharn, Sorgraw, Dejrit, P.T.T, etc... in Lethwei or in any rules it doesn't matter.
Even Payak Samui beat Soe Lin Oo 4 times if there's a scoring system in Lethwei.

I always think thats such a lazy and incorrect take anyways. There has been so many thai fighters who crossed over to boxing and actually did really well, even winning world titles.

Lakhin runs a really nice little Muay Thai gym called KYN Gym near Phuket, Thailand. He's a very good instructor and people come from all over the world to train with him and the other great trainers they have there.
some of these legend were bad with money and struggling financially. It'll be a heart breaking video to watch.
