You should definitely use your brothers gear. The pole should still be good, I have a friend who's pole is 15 years old. My dad's are about 20. Might want to replace the line, but definitely should go and do some fishing ❤️
@@taminoll It's funny, ya know? 10 months ago, I'm watching YT fishing videos thinking about picking up a line again. This past weekend, I just put together my second combo, and I've got a kiddie pole for my kiddo. Now, my 7yo daughter and I are out picking off panfish and dinky bass on weekends and loving every minute of it. Thank you for your reply. It seems silly, but it represents a lot of reflection for me.

yo , Im watching Dukes of Hazard as i cheer on Bo given chase as ole Boss Hogg tries to shut Bo down on the farm , and Norm drops a fresh fishing vid , every time norm drops a vid where he goes to the store and purchases murchandise always gets me fired up with excitement hotter then Texas on a Fresh hot summer's morning.
I was so caught up in the guys antics I didn't even notice no one caught a fish until Norm said it near the end. I do think Norm is breaking some labor laws by making AYO fish for 3 months straight.

So so funny! My granddaughter had a frozen pole & caught her 1st fish. It was a little 1.5 pound sun fish. She was so excited! We caught a ton of them that day & taught her how to clean & cook them. What a great memory. Thanks for the video😊
