It may be a home for an animal. And possibly have swarms of stinging insects nearby.
I totally completely agree 100%. But also technically speaking couldn’t a fallen tree also be a home for certain animals too though?
@lukesigmon9601 Yes, this is very true. But standing trees seem to always be more active, even when dead.
Both will still have possible wasps, hornets, etc. But fallen trees are for sure dead, and not possibly still alive.
Just a rule of nature. Because you never TRULY know if a tree is still partially alive.
