I ran into this problem recently with my Pilot. I thought it was my brakes and was dumb founded because I had just changed them a few months back. My bushing is completely metal on metal when I come to a stop and sounds horrible. This video was a nice look at what my problem is.
On my 2003 I replaced the struts and sway bar linkages. Still have noise from both sides. Thought it might be a motor mount so I replaced the passenger side mount. The only thing left are these lower control arms....nothing worse than chasing suspension noises!
How did you make out? Same problem I’m having with the wife’s 09 Pilot. I took it in today for the side airbag recall and asked them to do a visual.. $784 😂😂😂to do the two bushings. The kicker.. That’s without tax !! I figured u would enjoy a laugh😊
No more noise from the front end of my 2006 Pilot and it's back to a smooth ride. But, the problem wasn't the control arms, so I wasted money on replacing them. The problem was the sway bar bushing and the end links. I'd start there if I were you and I'd take it to an independent shop. The parts are really cheap and doing it yourself isn't too bad. Good luck.

You're welcome. I'm at 200K miles and having to slowly replace every rubber bushing. Great vehicle though.
Before you just change parts randomly do an inspection first. It will save you time and money.
Got any updates on the durability and performance thanks 🙏
Still working great. I have about 40K miles since replacing the bushings and no noises.

Did you replace the front sway bar bushings? That's what ended up eliminating the noise in the front suspension.
