Hey thank you so much for this video. I was super frustrated with my car’s performance and I am testing soon in March. The way you talk about the passage in an informal discussion really clicked and I just did an AAMC Passage (5 qs) and made a 100%, which rarely happens lol! So thanks !
I did good. I only missed the first one due to the temptation of the diagnostic techniques in the answer. I see now that they did not claim to be miss diagnosing.
I love the humor peppered in!!! I am just casually reading about nutrition and AAMC is like Elon Musk wants you to go to the moon!!! hahaha. --- I got the rocket question right though!
I feel so called out by "If you picked this answer you're probably highlighting". it's TRUE! I definitely was. So question, do you recommend no highlighting on the CARS sections at all?

Hey there, does anyone know how to skip around to the different sections on the sample test to go along with the study plan? I'm afraid that if I don't complete one entire section I won't be able to go back and complete the other sections that go along with the study plan.
What I do, even though it’s a pain, is just reset the test every time and click through (and use the navigation tool) to go to whatever section you wanna take. You can reset the sample test an infinite amount of times
I did this: I go through the entire CP section one passage at a time, pause after each passage and watch the video, then unpause do the next passage, pause, watch that video. Then finish the test to see my score on just that ONE section. Next day do the next section. It takes about a day or two to do a section that way. I've so far gotten 1-3pt increased in EACH of the sections doing it this way.
@@anyaustupkina1240 Thanks for your reply! Okay, that makes sense. You're essentially doing your review of the passages while taking the sample test simultaneously. And your score is still a true score of that section. I'm just curious, why do you watch the video after each passage instead of waiting until you've completed the entire section?
even if i do summarize each paragraph/finding main point of each paragraph, i hvae trouble retaining the info at the end when answering teh questions, what do i do for that?
@@wk6036 I always physically wrote my main idea at the end so I could go back and reference it🤷🏼♀️ also go watch our video titled “This is How You Do CARS for the MCAT” and see if you pick up any pearls on active reading from that

you have to go to the "MCAT Official prep free sample test" you just start the test and then its the first passages in each section. AAMC will make it simulate the actual test so you cant just jump around the sections, but if you click to the last question and then hit next, it will let you end the section and move onto the next one. Hope this helps!
Hi John! Please help.. My MCAT date is september 9th and i just finished week 0. When can I start doing practice questions and how can I change things to condense everything from 4 months to 3 months? thank you!
Start doing practice questions during week 1 (not many, just like 5-10 passages per week) and condense the content review phase from 3 months to 2 months. That still leaves you with a month to take and repeat practice exams. It can be done, many have!
