I love Steves creepy sad persona, it's quite funny and he fully embraces it. What makes it even better is that you know its somewhat genuine.

You're probably aware, but Steve played the part of an extremely creepy-looking serial killer in a true crime TV series recently. Can't remember the name of the show or the killer, but if you Google it you will find it. He was PERFECT for the role, but I did wonder how he reacted when his agent said, OK, so I've got you a part in this thing, and it's an absolutely freaky looking guy.

I will always love Steve for sticking up to Karl in these moments. Of course of the time they take the piss out of the guy (as mates do, really) but I feel he was always underappreciated for these bits! And Karl of course going insane because he beat Ricky just warms my heart every single time.
Steve has a better understanding of loyalty than Ricky, who is always turning Steve and Karl against each other and stirring the pot.

@Derek Knight Agree~All 3 are equally funny and quick-witted in their unique style..What makes them my ultimate fav is that they compliment each other so well, including setting up jokes for the others knowing what's coming.

@Yeokay I totally see your point. I could be wrong, but I think most people continuously re-listen but have months between relistens. At least, that's what I do. And yeah, you do remember things, but that's part of the fun. You also forget which episodes are which.

Saw Caernarfon castle in September while on my first visit to the UK. It was fantastic. Wales was lovely and the people were great.

Karl was right to be confused by Ricky's ball selection question. 3 is not the minimum, it's the maximum. Because you might get 2 the same colour on the first try, making 2 the minimum.

@@Adelehalsall Actually I was wrong about this, because he's saying the minimum number to *ensure* you have 2 the same colour. In which case 3 is correct. He doesn't really give enough detail for clarity, but I assume he means there are 10 black and 10 white mixed up in a single bag, and you are picking blindfolded. You might get 2 the same colour from your first 2 picks. But you might not, in which case you now have 1 white and 1 black. But on the 3rd try you will either pick a white or a black, and be guaranteed to now have 2 of the same colour. Classic Ricky, just like the heaven and hell scenario or the mirror on the moon -- sometimes he's as frustratingly vague as Karl!

I've actually listened to this before a couple years ago but when listening to the riddle, "Two kids, born on the same day with the same mother and same father, but they aren't twins", I paused it; thought to myself, "Maybe they're triplets or another multitude of siblings... maybe one is a conjoined mass on the conscious-born child... OH IVE GOT IT! One was born years apart but on the same day as it's sibling!".... Nope.... the original thought was right.
