    The mount's my favorite position and I Just saw one of your matches at VOW 3. Was super impressed with the awesome mount work! Even without an underhook and with them kipping, you kept solid control and you could tell they were suffering under there.

      I didn't feel a threat of the kip because they pushed down on my hips, so they didn't displace my body weight, so it made things a bit easier, what was difficult was getting the elbows away from the ribs, so I had focus on taking the back.

    One thing I havn't really some a lot of coverage on from mount is the crosship post. Its something can stifil an attack very quickly and i havnt yet found a good solution to it

      You mean when some has the cross hip post on you from bottom mount??
