Great chat lads. Nice to see Casey looking relaxed and chilled. Hopefully his health improves with time and he can get back on track just for fun. Cheers to ya Casey.
Mad respect but what Jett is doing for the sport is legendary. I get the point to focus on racing, as long as he doesn't get sucked into the party scene and/or boobieville, he'll be just fine.
Casey talks with so much wisdom - he has it right , just a shame he had to go through his own battle that finally took it's toll on his GP career. He is such a nice guy and would make a massive mentor and coach, if he chose to do so.
I know Casey is correct, but I think Jett does a good job at balancing that lifestyle while putting in insane work and being 100% engaged. I know usually it’s one way or the other, but as long as he stays grounded I think he’ll be fine and I think he’s SUPER good for the sport.
Clear to see between these two who is a Champion and who is not! One guy saying you should be famous and be the hero while the guy who has done it all says focus on racing and winning, levels
I get the impression that if it wasn't for Casey's severe chronic fatigue, he could be so so much more involved in SX & MX - possibly even as a competitor (?) or very least at a coaching level He seems more interested in this than his motoGP days
It's hard for an 18/19 year old to understand the "long game". They're on top of the world, everybody loves them, and they love to be loved. The Allesi warning is perfect. Winner in the amateur rankings, also ran in the pros. "Believe The Hype!"... LOL. Ron Lechien is another good "warning" example.
West coast 250 champ I doubt because Craig has been so fast and it is going to require him getting injured and also Mosiman because he has been faster then Hunter as well.. West Coast should be all Jett since Cooper is out. I don't know who else is going to be able to beat him.
Craig isn't a dead cert .... look at the huge crash he just had. If the catch fence wasn't there it would be a different story. All the top 5 are one crash away from no championship win.

Stoner the moaner was never popular in MotoGP. He had unbelievable talent on a bike but not off the bike. I do agree with what his saying but maybe Jett could be somewhere in the middle enjoy his popularity and win races. Great to see Mick and Casey on the show.👍💪🔥
Im sorta sick of the whole Jett being everywhere and hyped to no end. Hes won some races but far from dominant and needs to show hes worth the attention hes been getting over the years.
Don’t get me wrong, I wasn’t on the Jett hype train at the beginning, but he has speed and consistency and it really worked out for him with the outdoor championship, I personally think he’ll find a similar kind of success within Supercross but yeah, the hype can be a bit ridiculous. I could see down the road that the hype gets to him, there’s a lot of expectation from him like people comparing him to Stewart and how he could change the sport. It probably hurts more than it helps.
He reminds me of Chase in the 250 class. Was fun to watch someone in the 250 class operate their machine so smoothly. Christian is doing just that right now as well; really hoping he makes it to the end without it going to his head, which usually ends up with a season ending injury
Great rider like casey and rossi back in the day he knows he's been there and wish he could come back to motogp the tap on the shoulder lmao rossi. Casey In the garage
01:50 nope. Don't agree with Casey at all. The sport will go to shit as soon as the commission becomes more involved with penalties. I tried to watch few for the first time this year and week after week the races are determined by some fucking controversial time penalty. Guys getting race ruining penalties for not even making contact with another car. Favoritism eventually comes into play and it becomes the same people benefiting from these decisions over and over. I watched every race and I honestly realized how thankful we should be for moto. Pure racing. Riders vs each other, not riders vs the commission. I know how it probably looks to Casey because he's coming from MotoGP which is the same environment as f1, but fuck off. The sport isnt perfect by any means, but at the end of the day the racing in moto is 10x better than MotoGP or f1.
Nothing against you or your show or HL ....but you do realize Cristian Craig is racing right ? If you're watching the races the only way HL wins the west coast is if #28 doesn't show up to the rest of the races. Appreciate your enthusiasm but labelling the all Aussie take over is lame and ignorant.
