He recorded it 2 times. One when the confrontation happened (camera man stand a bit far away and zoomed the camera), and 2nd after the dragon walked away (steve acted like the dragon still chased him and he escaped on the tree)
I really really wish he never died. He needed to teach his kids more and just have more good times with his kids and he is the number one dad in the world. It's really devastating for his family, last but not least his fans.
It was nearly 16 years ago when he died. The 5 of September I think. R.I.P . I will never forget that speech his daughter said and she was only a toddler. That made me cry and I never cry it was so emotional bless her. I wonder what she is like today. Lots of respect
Very few celebrities make an impression enough that I’m sad when they die but Steve got me into wildlife studying zoology and got me out in the wilderness. I actually cried when he died and this is the first time I’ve watched him since. I’m glad Terri looks well. We miss you Steve.
Steve was such a legend. Glad I was a child when the crocodile hunter was on air. Educational as any show I ever watched. And you could tell he really loved wildlife. I was around 12 when he passed. I felt so bad for his family.
Robert looks so much like his Daddy!!! I wish my kids could have grown up watching Steve too. However, they are growing up watching the rest of the Irwin family!
I remember my alarm clock turning on and the CJOB station played and just remembering the news talking about Steve Irwin’s death. I was shocked and instantly sad to hear his passing. I’ve watched the debut of The Crocodile Hunter series and was instantly hooked the the program. I was always into nature and wildlife and by watching his programs made even more enjoyable to observe, photograph and study nature. Steve was gone too soon and he did what he loved. I’m sure he loved his fans as well. Deeply missed. 🐊🌏
Steve Irwin was the best. Simply, like jimmydawgydog said, "I miss this guy. What a loss." Short and sweet and to the point. Steve Irwin helped define the 1990's , and was in VERY small club of David Attenborough, Jacques Cousteau, Ron and Valerie Taylor, to the 21st Century's Mink Man.
This dude never had a job in his life, absolutely nutty but in the best way possible ... Miss you man, my love for wildlife was reinforced at an early age thanks to Steve and his crew.
First! I LOVE STEVE... WHAT A BEAUTIFUL HERO... WHAT A GREAT MAN... I TRULY BELIEVE. EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON... YOU CAN BET THAT IF STEVEN WERE ALIVE TODAY HE WOULD BE THE HEAD OF THE SPEAR FOR TRUTH ON CLIMATE CHANGE AS WELL AS A CHAMPION FOR FREE SPEECH AND FREEDOM FOR PEOPLE EVERYWHERE ... THIS MAN HAD A HEART OF GOLD ...
Honestly is there any wonder he was eventually killed by a wild animal? Watching him run up that tree narrowly getting bit was really close. One slip, one broken branch r the dragon jumping just a little further the anticipated and Steve would have been in a world of hurt. Komodo dragon bites are insanely infectious. They don’t have to kill you on the spot to kill you later. I don’t know why he insisted on getting so close to these animals.
@@travels129 I disagree. Steve took calculated risks and the chances of getting killed by a Ray is nearly zero, so some would call it destiny. Maybe he had to become a martyr.
That was Steve's closet call since Florida State's Albert the Alligator pinned him down outside the elevators at the ESPN offices in Bristol Connecticut!
"They just keep coming straight at me" Cuts to Steve running backwards away from the camera man and cuts again to the komodo chasing a completely different person holding a camera who is hitting a komodo with a stick, while very likely wearing more than adequate protective gear. Okay.
"Clever" camera tricks. A lot of creative splicing of footage and recreating fear. Note the shots where the camera man doesn't pan down to "the komodo". You can tell when Steve is looking down at an empty space on the ground pretending to be scared of like, grass and dust and stuff. A lot of good pretending happening in Steve's videos. But if it gets people interested in nature and wildlife.
Ik everyone loves the dude but through out his career hes harassed animals to for clout. He litterly was behind the stingray while his friend in the front blocking its path. It was threatened. Horrible way to go just leave them alone. Its entertaining for people but cost him his own life.
The irony in the Tragedy got alot of us Steve fans twisted inside.. Dude seeked and survived all manner of more vicious creatures through near miss encounters.. a freaking stingray.. the animal I which eat barbecued with nice chilli...
I'm always amused by how the same people who say "leave nature alone" and advocate for the protection of animals, cheer on the death of a human being. "He got what was coming." In what way did you deserve to die?
@@farewelljupiter even he knew what could be coming 🤷♂️.. It was the nature of the beast, and he thrived on the danger of his job. He loved it until his death but he died doing what he loved. .. Unfortunately for his family..
“Holy smokes that was close! Let’s go follow him!” Lol
SOOooo Steve.
Legend
That got me too 😂
Not just Irwin. It's the Aussies.
Loved Steve Irwin
I miss this guy - what a loss, RIP Steve
Yea the best very unique man we needed him
They say not to meet your hero but I fucking wish I got to meet this man.
Am I the only one laughing at the fact that Steve is in the tree, but the camera man is on the ground right underneath?😂
Lol I wondered about that too 😂
He recorded it 2 times. One when the confrontation happened (camera man stand a bit far away and zoomed the camera), and 2nd after the dragon walked away (steve acted like the dragon still chased him and he escaped on the tree)
The man took every chance. There will never be another Steve Irwin. 😢

Following in her father’s footsteps

For me Steve Irwin is a legend. This man wasn't scared of any animal. Rest In Peace Steve!!!!
Not true. He was absolutely terrified of hippos. And for good reason.

His son has his energy too. He really is a mini Steve. The way he talks about animals and the excitement in his voice, he is exactly like his dad
RIP Steve Irwin - you are missed
Man I miss Steve Irwin so much !! I can’t imagine how much more his family misses him!!! So glad I got to grow up watching him. RIP Mate !

Steve was a very brave man, he was the real crocodile Dundee

Can we all just take a moment to salute the camera crew? Because holy fuck😂
RIP Crocodile Hunter🗿🙌🏻
Bro got attacked and then proceeds to go after them he was a diffirent breed rip
I miss this guy so much. You only throw caution to the wind so many times.
They call that lizard by its proper title “bahdas “…. Bad ass! That’s what I heard
'That was dangerously close... Let's follow them.'
The Real Reptile Whisperer. There you are Steve inspecting poop as only you could. A piece of my heart went with you. ALWAYS in my heart.
RIP Steve Irwin , lot of respect. I can’t play with Komodo like him🫡
Miss Steve and Terri working together. Always watched The Crocodile Hunter growing up. He really was THE EMBASSADOR FOR ALL WILDLIFE!!
Good job the camera man is always safe!

I still can’t believe Steve died at sea.
I miss him!!
Anyone else’s shower-thoughts still consist of mourning the loss of Steve Irwin?
Cameraman at this work is so amazing
The cameraman sure is daring too

Some people have a knack for “dancing with death” I suppose
Yea exactly took too many risks
These dragons are too deadly no wY get anywer near them that could hav ended badly

it takes a lot of balls to go up to those monsters
they are not monsters.
Rip Steve :(
Sounds like she said badass
Gabriel "Fluffy" Iglesias is not lying......😔
Hat off to the camera man
Indonesia off my itinerary lol
Yeah let's follow him lol
2023:19:30 Racz Judit ❤🐍🎀🐊🐍
44 is a ripe old age for a crocodile hunter
did you hear who died?
Not I understand why Steve Irwin was killed
He got killed by stingray
The camera man doesn’t seem to concerned about it 🤷♂️

Komodo
not true about they become humble in captivity, sharon stones ex husband was bit by one at the L.A Zoo.
Those guys are nasty buggers
Too many adverts to watch. Shame
AdTube is going downhill through censorship and severe advertisement fests.

Heauws theat?
You shall not put your lord God to the test. For those unbelievers just remember the Manta ray. Right through the heart.
Komodo hanya ada di Indonesia

This is all for money
One animal I hate so much in the animal kingdom
It’s a lizard let it die omg
Steve loved to save wildlife due to us shitty humans.
You survive komodo to die by stingray? How embarrassing!
Might aswell have died in a car accident, so why this stupid comment?
Absolutely uncalled for, it was a tragic, rare accident, the tail of the stingray impaled him, underwater he is basically defenseless.
Pump your brakes kid that man's a national treasure. Your bout to cross some fuckin lines🖕👊

The way they talk and their facial expressions it’s legit a cult lol. He got what was coming. Leave nature alone.
