Been looking for this movie through...certain websites....and to see that it's on TH-cam and hasn't been taken down in such a wide time frame just has me in awe.
A rare masterpiece in every aspect - even the music is worth listening to till the end ! Everything fits perfectly, sound, light and shade, close-ups... What an event ! Thank you !

They don't hunt constantly but once in a month or so (as most bigger reptiles). They don't break in houses let alone smash doors or windows. They are not nocturnal but active only during daytime. They don't prey on humans (but one must pay attention, of course). On Komodo Island and other places humans live peacefully alongside with Komodo lizards and take appropriate precautions. There has been reported one accident in the last years: A school girl came accidentelly and unknowingly too close to a Komodo lizard and was bitten. Unfortunately, she died because of the venom.

It says a lot about the effects team from a cheap b-movie when their work still holds up spectacularly, after 23 years.
