YAMAHA Co.Ltd. manufacture approximately 600 million motorcycle in the world. In which, JAPAN IWATA Factory manufacture approximately 22 million motorcycle. The motorcycle to be produced in JAPAN is mainly a high-performance sports vehicle. In overseas factories, they mainly produce a small engine displacement commuter.
The Saint Quentin plant houses a large part of the production of vehicles intended for the European market, and in particular that of the X-Max / Skycruiser 125 and 250. It has also recently recovered the manufacturing volume of a Yamaha plant based in Barcelona. The latter having been sold and converted, the Saint Quentin chains are now running at or near full capacity in order to produce 50, 125 and 250 cm3 models, but also the range of XT 660 motorcycles (R, X and Ténéré). - ยานยนต์และพาหนะ

In the last 6 years I've owned a BT1100(bulldog).., 1700VMAX.., XT1200E(super tenere).., tdm850.., tenere700.., Tr1.., virago1100
And now I'm having allreddy for one year a XJR1300.. LOVING this bike!
Driving more than 150.000km on the bikes over the 6 years.. And believe it I ride them HARD very hard!! , on road and offroad!!

Reminds me of my after school job in the mid 70s', assembling Yamahas' out of the crate, $14.00 per hr. Still got my 71 Rd 350. But, also have a 92 Vmax, 2013 Raider, and 06 R1. Love em.
Hang on to that 92 Vmax!
65,000 kilometres (40,000 miles) on my Yamaha and didn't miss a beat. Still running strong when I sold the bike to the next lucky rider. Great products.
If it is a bike like FJR1300, normal like the others labels, if it is a YZ450 or MT125cc, impressive !
@@TheRoamine74 The bike was a YZF1000R sports tourer. Very versatile set of wheels and quick.
@@malibu188 it is not a feat then... Except for 125cc, or little monocylinder, 65000km is pretty easy to reach for a bike with normal maintenance, 165000 will be more impressive if no parts have been replaced !
I bought a 2004 FZ6 Yamaha with 44,000 miles on it, doesn't look brand new but it runs brand new thats for sure! I am in love!
@@Bigburt- My Yamaha had over 40,000 miles on the clock when it got tested on a dyno and rated at slightly higher horsepower than a new bike. K&N sports filters with a good quality after market exhaust helped a lot in getting the strong power numbers over stock even with the high mileage on the bike.
They must be doing something right. Producing the most reliable motorcycles in the world (in my humble opinion)

Got a WR250R with almost 30k miles. No major issues so far. Got a FZ-07 with probably 5,000 miles I put on it under a year. Most fun bike I’ve ever owned and dead reliable so far.
2019 yama..super t..awesome let's see how reliable it will be in next few years. I love out here in the calif. Desert..dirt roads and such...👍

There's times when you are wrenching on your bike and you get to that bolt that seems impossible to get at. Then you watch one of these videos and you realize that 5 things were put in after that bolt and that's why you have so much trouble getting at it.

Surprised by the amount of hand work early in the video: welding and metal stamping. Automation of those processes is easy and used world wide.
And for that shit (tenere700) you need pay 16 000euro .... japanese quality with french welder ... Hand made....🥺🥺🥺

You should take the Harley factory tour down in York, PA, the next time you're in Pittsburgh.
That's a pretty popular tour, they even have a gift shop on site. Better than their Milwaukee tour.
Love my yamahas ! Had loads over the years . Still have an early mint R1 and the latest R1 but prefer my MT10 best 🤷♂️😮🤣🏍
I still have my 01 R1, owned it since new, its mint with only 13,000 Km on it. Plus an MT01 and a couple of older Yams, an 87 FZR1000 thats getting a restoration at the moment, and a 3XV TZR250 SPR. :-)
Plus a slabside GSX-R1100, but we wont talk about that :-))

Motorcycle enthusiasts dream job, I would so love to work there. So in 1998 I decided to change my life and chase my dream to be a certified Yamaha tech. I found a school in Daytona Beach, AMI the American Motorcycle Institute, I was on my way to achieving the most important and complex thing I ever wanted. 8 months later.....l did it, I completed the course on basic Motorcycle service and learned everything there was to know about Motorcycle repair and completed the Yamaha training course, my final grade was a 3.25 with a 4.00 being the best grade you could get so I thought I did pretty good. After graduation I came home and started to apply at all the local dealerships.....which wasn't really that many 3 true Dealerships and two Joe shmoow shops, and after a few weeks I was contacted to come in for a interview. I ended up getting the job 🙃, I started out assembling new bikes for the showrooms and I did that for 7 years, and then one night I got a call from the service manager and he says the store has been shutdown due to some under the table sales and he got caught. Over the past few years all the other shops were shutting down due to poor sales and now I don't have a job, and any other shops are so far away to commute I would have move for it to work, so that was the end.....😥😭. Well there's always going back to being a house painter. Some people just suck!

You could always change town for a fresh start! I know it aint easy...but positive attitude ussualy leads somewhere nice!
