    Just found your channel 💪 good videos, especially the arm wrestling content. I like doing floor press progressing to 3 sets of 5 reps with the same weight, then next time I'll up the weight and do 5 sets of 3reps just to make sure I hit total rep targets. All the best with the gains 💪

    I can do sets of 4 with 245lb but no way I can do 10 of 225 after wierd i probably need to work on my cardio... Good work tho
