Untapped Strength
United States

Welcome to my channel!
Fitness and strength training is something that I have always been passionate about. However like many of you, with work, kids, marriage, you know... responsibilities, I found myself falling off the fitness wagon and back on then off again. Well folks, those days are over! You see, it's all about balancing my life and finding space for the things that not only make me happy, but make me healthy. So, with the help of TH-cam as a form of self-motivation to stay on track, I will make sure to get and stay on the fitness wagon for the long run. Life is a roller coaster, cliché I know. There will be ups, and there will be downs. Enjoy the ups, and when you are down just know that the ride isn't over. Through trial and error, and the pursuit of my goals, I WILL find my untapped strength.

The Rogue Echo bike is such a popular bike on the market especially now during the lock down. In this video I will bring up some of the comments I've received over the years and give you an honest update after 4 solid years of use.

If you're like me and have a home gym or garage gym, you may have faced a similar issue, where to store your barbell especially if you have uneven walls. The product I'm using is a Tornado Ladder hook that you can pick up at any hardware store for ~ $12. Easy solution to a common problem.

That's really good work
I feel like you could have done more on the 225 for reps if you didn't do quite as much beforehand.
New to the channel. Can you share with us, how you tore your labrum. Was it during benching? Other exercises? An accident outside workouts? I see you flat back benching now, is that better than the powerlifting form of shoulder adduction and back arching? Can you make just a video to explain all of that, no working out required. People can benefit from your experience. You were very close to the 315 lbs, I hope you get there.
Cable machines are for the small muscles that need a stretch like side and rear delts and triceps. Not to be half repping for lats. Thats what pull ups and deads are for.
How is the tension on it? I want to get one really only for side and rear delts as cables really give then the stretch they need due to their anatomy. I just feel like spending 300 on a machine for two tiny muscles might not be worth it. My gym has one but someones always using the thing .
I wanna make this! It's genius. Only modification I would make is a t-shape the trailing end would include a peg to stack counter weights so it doesn't pull forward on heavier lifts.
Are the bottom 3 pulleys suppose to turn or are they there to just lift the weight
Difficult part for me is to get the arms into the socket aligning that white line, awkward
Currently at 7 reps.
Will a person that's 5'3" tall be able to use this comfortably? It looks like a big machine and I've heard that shorter people would have a harder time reaching the pedals.
fixed! thanks for the tip
This WILL flip at higher weights. Consider a redesign to mount it to frame.
I used a heavy 175 lb resistance band and boy did I feel the power I exerted. I went from repping 225-275 lbs. This technique helps a lot.
I was skeptical but this absolutely worked. You're a legend! Thanks
Thank you brother 😊
2 1/2 hours 😂
100% fixed it. Thanks for taking the time!
clever
My pr is 300cals for 18:55
That's not real bench pressing
Excellent video, thank you!
Thank you! So many videos on TH-cam wouldn’t just answer this question. You jumped right into it, then also added some tests. Very helpful
Excellent workout. 295 watts max. You tearing it up. I have trouble to that with my legs and arms!!!
Thanks for the routine. Do your arms and back feel like they got a workout too?
Espaço top!
Amazing idea, I'm going to make it for sure, thanks man!!
Portugal ftw!
Jesus Christ is King.
The big problem is that you are forced into absurdly low cadence to do endurance rides. I truly don't understand why there are hardly any magnetic resistance full body bikes. They are silent and you can combine ANY resistance and cadence to mimic any kind of training from high cadence sprinting or endurance, low or high cadence climbing, etc. Silent full body bikes are a huge untapped market I wish companies would take advantage of... Anyone know of any besides the absurdly expensive Keiser full body bike?
The only issue with this unsecured platform design is that if you're squatting a significant portion of your weight, the reduced weight on the platform will allow it to slide. Not real safe.
you don’t have to always go full speed i use it at least 2 x week as needed , just keep that body moving
How's the shoulder now? Tore my labrum over 18 months ago, rehab was extremely slow, back to pressing now, only pain if I externally rotate now like you do at 0:55
Same as everyone else I hunted across the internet for a while looking at landmine versions, other cable versions. This is 100% the simplest and best answer for the correct angle of pull.
Ring dips are tough!
Cool thx
J'ai le V3 et j'ai fait 1000cal en 1h 40min 26sec. Bravo à toi !
You will never be able to do any heavy load, because the wire will forward the board to much, at sort a force, that it will possible fly 8nto the tower with great force.. this is actually not a very good design.
I saw on your on rep website a 25lb old school plate priced at 99.99 dollars. I am confused that it says 25lb pair on the front, does it mean that for Rs 99.99 I get 2 plates of 25lb each? Will they give me 1 plate of 25lb or 2 plates at 99.99$??
Come on man, show the results from the display! What were your max and average watts? Cadence? How many calories did you burn? How did those numbers compare to your 20-10 Tabata ride (which I watched, thanks!). Just tried this bike for the first time today at the local gym, the 20-10 program, and while it kicked my butt I really liked doing it. Now I'm hooked.
So which is better? Assault Bike or Rogue Echo?
Mine has been flawless. Rogue sent me the metal pedals for free. I've only changed out the seat. Purchased before covid.
That’s awesome.
I often use the arms only , real rock solid - ..... but made in china...🙂
Yep
How often has it been used during those 4 years ? Definitely on my garage gym wish list, I have the c2 bike, rower and Skierg, all of which are amazing.
I use it at least twice weekly.
Wow, has it really been 4 years already??
Crazy right!?
I benched 20kg over my pr with this, thanks so much
Dude I lost it on the sports movements
😂
1 mile max effort arms ea day
So you added another cable to this set up? Will that slide at all once you get to a certain weight on the stack?
So what are the alternatives?
Nice work bro!
Appreciate it!
