Mine just arrived and I’m in love. It was a BREEZE to setup. I didn’t even need to read the instructions. Only this video.
I love that the puppy divider has so many different options - I was worried it might be too big for my 8 week old pup.
I bought it impulsively at like 2am while watching Rachel Fusaro’s video. When I told my husband the price he thought it was outrageous. I was thinking I would probably end up saving my money & returning it - but the fact that I just set it up entirely on my own in 30 seconds - I’m definitely keeping it!!
I’m sure I could easily resell it for a decent price and buy the larger size you guys are coming out with this summer if she outgrows it!
What a beautiful design. Y’all are geniuses.

I had quite a time getting that middle divider in, whew. We like the looks of it.

I think this video could be more detailed as the puppy divider was still difficult to install after watching this video.

@@Diggspet Mostly the video did not show how there are wholes at the bottom of the crate for the puppy divider 🐶

Yeah I agree it looks so easy to install but I am having a hard time lining the gate up to the slits on top of the crate as shown in 0:06 while putting them in the holes on the bottom.

I think this video is slightly insulting. I'm fighting with trying to install the divider and have no idea how big or small it should be. No instructions came with the crate, except for the blue oversize sheet in the box. For us old people, we sure would appreciate a little more explanation. And this TH-cam just made me angry, honestly.

the puppy should be able to stand up, turn around. that's it. there shouldn't be any more room than that. especially when housetraining.

The information I found missing on to install the divider is the crate pad can’t be used with the divider. Once I figured that out getting the divider in was no problem.

Great crate for a puppy trained dog, but the divider is awkward to line up and lock in. Hopefully a future design will allow you to bring it in from the side by having that side entry open out (like a camper awning) or fold up over crate. Currently, the side door only goes up into the crate like an accordion, which makes it a pain because the divider has to be removed and then put back in each time a non-potty trained pup needs to be left alone or sleep.

I would love to use the puppy divider however there seems to be no way to use it with the very expensive dog bed I also purchased. Very disappointing. Any suggestions?

Hi Gary! Thank you so much for reaching out. Unfortunately, the Snooz pad cannot be used in conjunction with the puppy divider. Very young puppies are often heavy chewers or susceptible to lots of messes. For that reason, we would advise not using the Snooz pad until your pup is a few months older and you're not using the divider anymore. We recommend using old towels or sheets -- something to make them comfortable but that you wouldn’t mind getting ruined -- in the meantime. Here's the link to our FAQ's on our website, if you'd like to check it out : www.diggs.pet/faq-and-returns/. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any further questions.

A puppy divider is great to have - if you actually receive it with the crate. Ours came without one.....

Very silly it was not mentioned anywhere that the divider can’t be used with the crazy expensive pad … so I let the puppy sleep on …what ??? Buy another pad?? Silly silly silly

Doesn't it kind of make sense though. You're shrinking the cage. Also, puppies don't usually get pads. They usually pee on them or eat them, or both.

Yeah it's nowhere near this easy
