I ordered my Digg last week and received it last night. Assembly was pretty straightforward but I did go on their website the day before and watched the assembly video. I appreciate you showing the mediums versus the large crate. The large crate is so large my wife is not real happy about the size. I was hoping to use it in multiple rooms just by wheeling it around the house but that’s not going to happen because it is too wide to fit through normal doorways! That being said it’s a great crate and I think my golden doodle,Romeo, will love it!
They have an Intermediate size that is bigger than medium and smaller than large. I got that one for my German Shepherd and really like it. It is put together like the large
I'm bringing my german shepherd puppy home in 2 weeks and I really want the large crate, but it's going to be a long drive home and I'm wondering how much of a pain it will be to take it apart to take into the hotels. Does it come with the puppy divider? I might just get the medium for ease and by the time he outgrows it we are getting our second and will need two crates anyway. Decisions decisions 😂 Do you like their bed? Totally didn't realize that it was sold separate!
Hi Danielle! Yes, the crate comes with a divider. If you know your dog will grow much larger than it is now, I think it's a good investment to skip the medium crate and buy the large one. The bed is really nice and cushiony, but every dog is different. Olaf really likes hard surfaces. The crate is really heavy, so I wouldn't recommend lugging it around too much. Olaf has a portable lightweight travel crate that we got off Amazon and we use that when visiting other places.

It was definitely hard in the beginning. Theo would hide in another room and never really come out, but now they are both pretty comfortable with each other. In fact, they sit next to each other, give each other little nose bumps, and sleep in the same room. Theo's come a long way in just a few months. We're proud of him 😺
@@theoandolaf That is great! MeiLi barks and wants to run to her but our cat does not like that at all and runs away. She also barks and wants to play with our larger dog. She gets to excited. LOL
The large doesn't really collapse, unlike the small and medium, which is easier to collapse and fold up. In order to collapse the large crate, you have to remove the two sides. Not sure why Diggs made the large crate that way.
Just wanted to provide an edit from my last comment. It looks like the large crate can indeed fold up. I didn't realize it at first, but the side fence panels fold inward. Once you do that, you can collapse the crate, but I wouldn't recommend moving it too much, since it is still quite heavy.
