@@polaroidsofpolarbears365 me too. I only got to the point of playing at the biggest venues in our town. Then everyone got bored of the music. I’d love to start a new band again.
Everyone saying Sonny sucks live is so brainwashed to modern pitch corrected vocals on bands records. Take into consideration the high keys of the song, the fact that he’s jumping around using most of his energy for that, his young age. This is beyond impressive, being in post hardcore bands for years, playing hundreds of shows and hearing how most people sound live. You have clearly never seen bands live because this is considered excellent.

When you knew Sonny way before Skrillex. Actually met him and he signed me shoe two years later at a punk club in charlotte,nc (tremont). Actually met Matt that night too. Hah I remember sonny was going so wild on stage and knee'd himself in the eye. The photo I have of us together is with a ice pack on his eye. Iconic.
I saw He Is Legend, Story of the Year, and From First to Last at Irving Plaza in what had to be 2005ish. He climbed the P.A. and managed to get onto the balcony. He dove and NOBODY caught him. He likely banged himself up pretty good. Didn't hear a thing about him until he emerged as DRUQGZX or something MySpacey. Shortly thereafter he became Skrillex. My generation is very special.
Wasn't thebD.R.U.G.S like the guitarist and drummers band? I only remember Sonny doing his Sonny Moore project before becoming Skrillex. Still listen to Copaface and Glow Worm today
I’ll never forget art class in highschool. Me and my gfs best friend would bring this cd and sneak it into the sound system so that everyone would have to listen to it. And one of us would occasionally “kill the lights” when the album started and end up getting yelled at.
This was my first warpt tour. Sophmore year. I think it was in pamona or san diego. Cant remember. But i remember being there and doing my first crowd surf. What a time to be alive.
this is how i remember the early 2000's. 20 years later now every band sounds like cher. Also if you were there live you would never talk chit about the sound you just had a great time.
Oh man... when real emocore music was a thing. So many modern pop bands imitating this sound and look and it's pitiful. We need a fucking revival asap.
I was only 2 when they played at Warped, how old were you? Been listening to Skrillex since I was 11, then 6 years ago discovered FFTL then they got me into metalcore and post-hardcore haha.
This is cool but all i can hear are the vocals, barely any of the bass guitar and drums lmao.. Ik its old n shit but bruh was the guitar amps not recorded?
If they would of consecrated playing the music seriously and stopped having what looks like having a seizure on stage they would of actually played alot better.
It sounds like 4 songs being played at the same time. 3 singers don't help either. In studio it's good, but recreating it live... well sounds like chaos
Imagine getting to play warped tour at 16
Dude, I know. I was in a hardcore band when I was 14-15, and that was our dream.

@Rudy Diego bro we're trying to watch FFTL, not hack accounts.

It's fucking hard to hit high notes with this energy and performance... You're f right!!!
I don’t see how he sucks at all wtf?? Obviously it’s not the same as the studio recordings but it’s really fucking good live in its own way!!!!
@@immodium4586 I agree
Never heard such an accusation.

Legendary footage. Glad we got FFTL for as long as we did. Good times!

Iconic. Forever.
I like how sonny was trying to have a conversation with the audience through the song
I wonder if many skrillex fans know this was where he started his music career...

Im 20 now and wish I got to experience the 2000’s in my teen years. Love this band.
I'll never forget seeing them in Philly that year. Sonny came out on stage and said "What's up Pittsburgh!?"

Yeah they definitely shouldve stood still the whole show in front of a huge crowd on warped tour, that wouldve been so much better.
A lot of bands moved like this around this time and scene. It was just another way of being emotionally expressive and to add to the performance 🤷🏻♀️
the way they keep the crowd amped is way better
Where's the fun in that? lol
