Hi, im a 12 year old knitter and i finished my first sweater yesterday, i love watching your videos while i knit! im really insecure lol, but you inspire me to be proud of my work + myself.
To anyone seeing this comment - if you find mohair uncomfortable (or expensive) and want to knit something with two strands but like natural fibres, I highly highly recommend Drops brushed alpaca silk! It gives a similar look but feels softer and costs so much less; I used it for my Sweater no14 because I couldn't bring myself to pay for two strands of mohair and I LOVE it. One strand of it is equivalent to two of silk mohair.

Every body is different. I'm short waisted but have a big chest so boxy cropped sweaters are something I just don't feel pretty in. So knit to your body than strictly the schematic.

I was knitting and croching a lot about 20-15 years ago. so I did a lot of knit for my kids, , i was feeling my self so confident. and now I am watching and thinking, omg how she cand o this all.....so inspairing! thank you! and also, I love your style, jewelary. You are so beautiful! when I was studdie about fibers, then i lerned, you can burn tread, if it become in ashes, it's natural fiber, wool, also smelss...kinde bad:D
Tiffany you have got to block your sweater no 15! I finished mine in September and I was literally shocked by how much it grew and bloomed once it was blocked and dry. It makes it even more stunning 💖💖

I think the green yarn will look nice in a cardigan, with a different color ribbing at the wrist and also the button band. Maybe like a textured stitch, will look super nice.
Sad news - Sandness Garn discontinued this sage green tynn silk mohair, which is MADNESS. I was trying to get hold of it too, I can’t believe they would discontinue their best shade 🤦🏻♀️ Drops kid silk no 06 is a similar shade, though I find it more itchy.
Actually Drops kid silk 06 is not at all the same shade - I wanted to have that kind of dusty mint/sage green and ordered no 06 for a sweater, and it's light blue, nothing refers to shades of green there. 😪
Loll after watching this I felt wayyy more ok with buying far too many skeins on sale cause I have to keep up with you! (and they are on sale so it doesn't count!) haha Thanks for keeping us yarn hoarders feeling normal. Love ya gir!

I jus finished socks as well but they r super big cuz my uncle has size 14 feet 🦶 lol so it took me a few months jus cuz I was unmotivated to finish til the gusset then finished within a month! I love linen yarn, mainly cuz I live in the Deep South, & I have a linen market bag already for a Christmas gift & I have spare that I’ll make a coin pouch for the matching set to add to it.
Your have absolutely sold me on the diablo yarn! That sweater is gorgeous!!!! I'm trying to finish the tank petite knit came out with this summer, but the needles and stitches are so tiny, and we are now out of tank top season! Ugh!
i think some thing cool you could make at some point is a patchwork sweater with like leftover yarn scraps. You could even try crocheting it! Edit: lmao just realized youre already doing something similar nevermind :)

Do you sew? Your purse is progressing nicely. Maybe try to line it with fabric that you fuse with stiff interfacing to give it structure. It’s super easy to iron on the interfacing to fabric. Lots of videos on TH-cam. Good luck.

Thank you Tiffany, i found one of ur vids that told me how many skeins you used to make the small. You used 6 skeins of the mohair and 6 skeins of the merino, but in the pattern it told you to use 7 skeins of their mohair for the small, was the yarn enough for the sweater or did you have to order a extra skein of yarn 🧶? Just checked the yarn out and its amazing! If you look up popknits, she has some great designs for colourful work but I do think they are more advanced.

HAHAH I usually will knit a couple rows of how many stitches the gauge is and measure it with a measuring tape

I had to add length to the cumulus tee from petite knit as well, so it might not just be you with a long body but just her pattern 😅
