I got 100%. I used to work in a color-coded file room. I did not have to see the numbers on the file to find the one I was looking for. I could easily switch any number to match the corresponding color as I walked down the aisle.
Almost 77 yrs young and find them all under ten seconds and some find under two seconds. It’s not about eyesight, but engineering thinking. The hardest was finding the three between the eights.

This was pretty fun. Longest 1 took 3 seconds. Most of them within 1 second according to the timer on the screen. I'm 54 and on my third rum and coke so not bad. My wife challenged me. She wouldn't say how long it took her.

I found a way of looking at the array relying more on peripheral vision than fovial. Piece of cake.
