There is a change in the focus of each image at roughly 4 seconds from start. First second: you can't see nothing Fourth second: it gets clearer and easy
It really breaks down to the quality of your screen you are seeing this on .. if you have a screen that can differentiate these colors you'll be able to see the number / patterns

Got them all except 2. I only saw 12 instead of the 312 and the last one I didn't make out anything except a plain red screen. I only did this for fun, as an eyesight test it means absolutely nothing, as what we see is only as good as what the monitor or display screens colour resolution is. Even changing contrast and brightness slightly will screw it up. Its useless. During a proper eye exam, the display equipment or printed card is correctly calibrated beforehand to display all the parameters. When people only saw part numbers, the missed ones were probably not even displayed on the screen at all.

I wonder if the resolution of my tablet had any effect on seeing the last group? I could see two of each number, but the third was very difficult.
