New Firewood EQ w/ Disc Cleaner
So this is the new equipment lineup for 2020. All the equipment is made in the good old USA, in Wisconsin at Brute Force Manufacturing.
Here's the lineup:
- 16-24 Wood Processor with Extended Deck, three strand live deck, 38HP Kolher EFI motor, attached 12' conveyor, 6-way & 8-way wedges = $34,800 plus shipping & options
- Disc Cleaner with a 4'x10' cleaner surface area, 13 rows of spining disc, speed controller, large in feed for excavator of loader dumping, and adjustable out feed chute = $12,500 plus power pack
- 25' Conveyor/wood elevator, super upgraded 20hp Honda GX630 with electric start power pack to run both the conveyor AND disc cleaner = $8,400 plus upgraded power pack
We send the logs in, cut to length, split up to 8-ways at once, tumble it clean, take for one last high ride, and deposit it into a bag/dump box/trailer/ or whatever you have!

Are the disc's, square on the cleaner just comparing to other ones I been looking at have 5 sides

MJM Tree Service & Maintenance absolutely. Just needs to be a larger than standard one. Lots of moving surface area to work hydraulically. Cleaner is $12,500 and powerpack is going to be in the $1800-$2000 ballpark.
