Great video. And nice processor. I see you sell brute force and the Halverson skid steer processor, so I been wondering between this processor vs the Halverson 150 processor, for one man operation, would loading this processor and process firewood be faster or would it be faster with the Halverson? I mean yes this processor is probably faster when both processing at same time but loading takes time to if your one person operation.
The Halverson models are 3 weeks out. Quality control is after the fact. Brute Force units are 20 weeks out. The attached conveyor is sweet and quality control is at your finger tips as your processing. I prefer the Brute Force if I’m being honest.
The diesel unit is the way to go, but this one was on a budget. It gets it done. Stay tuned for the diesel. We ordered one and it will be ours in January
It travels up the attached 14’ conveyor and into our disc cleaner. A set of Grizzly Bars are an available option. They work well, but as as well as our cleaner. The customer opted out on having the grizzly bars, I think he will be ordering some in the near future.
Yes, its the model 20-24CS. It has a 48 inch blade on it. Very fast. 74hp diesel powered. Not the best video but here's a link: th-cam.com/video/kYZreufWcls/w-d-xo.html
Now that’s production. It looks like a lot of fun to get that much work done in a short amount of time. 👍🏼
It’s firewood therapy! Knowing my back isn’t hurting, I’m not handling and re-handling all those rounds and piece. Just making money by the minute!!!
That has a lot of Solidworks time in it. Very well done!
thanks my friend
@@ShaverSalesINC I need to order some of your 1/3 cord firewood bags tomorrow. Do you have them in stock still?
So how often is it recommended to turn bar over, to keep even ware.
Every time we change the chain, I inspect the bar. Only flip if needed.

Great little unit, only thing I would change is try to add a more powerful saw... it sounded like it struggled a bit cutting wood...

Great content Thank You! What kind of wood are you processing in this video?
It’s all hard woods from the greater north east. Oak, Hard Maple, Ash, .....
I'm a total newb here, but ABOUT how long is each log that you are moving with your crane there?....
anywhere from 12 to 20 feet plus on the occasional longer one
Nice processor. Why don’t they make a wood elevator with space for debris to fall as it rises to clean the wood?

I told Santa to bring me one of these. Make sure you help him hook it up to his sleigh properly.
Absolutely!
Is there a circular saw option with this? Thanks from U.K.
*Available.
Also, are other splitter knives available? Thank You.
