The Best Pandan Macapuno Cake| Easy Pandan Cake Recipe |

My mom's Pandan Macapuno Cake with Whipped Cream Frosting is perfectly moist, light, fluffy and delicious. This is truly the best Pandan Cake I've ever had!

Ingredients:
A.
1 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
B.
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/4 oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp buko pandan extract
C.
3 egg whites
1 tsp lemon + 1 tsp vinegar)
1/4 cup w.sugar
Frosting:
3/4 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup icing sugar
1/4 tsp buko pandan extract
