@@wrx2hot4u people who car swap alot end up with a lot of the cars they like over and over cos they liked them but still like to try new cars, if you've only had one once and you do swap and trade a lot you might have less good words to say unless it's your most recent car.
@@wrx2hot4u mb i can give you an example: I'm on my second E36 rebuild, I had to sell the first one after almost finishing the restoration because I was moving far away. Then turned out the move didn't work out so I tried to buy it back but couldn't (the guy was happily continuing my work on the car), so I had to buy another one, which was also in the process of being prepared for racing by another pair of dudes.... etc
Shit happens, probs shouldn't judge people so fast without knowing them ;)

It's bad enough datsun are getting expensive I'm buying a 280zx that is $2500 no title but I plan to get one not gonna be fun tho I can't wait to do it up like moogs except I'm using a racing body from back in the day
They've gone up heaps compared to what they used to be.
I looked into importing one into the states, still a few under $10k including shipping. I chose a GTS-T type-M instead, but this was my 2nd option. The Skylines have more parts aftermarket and replacement OEM parts are being reproduced by Nissan, but the GTI-R parts aren't. Not enough made during production to justify the costs, I think. That's the main reason I didn't go this route. Also the gearbox cracks if you get too much power out of the 54C engine.

When I used to travel with large amounts of cold and flu medicine, I would stick it in the windscreen squirter reservoir, so no well meaning po-po (or his dog) would ever find it without hard mail. Meaning I would know who dropped the dime if it happened.

Shows like yours, make me love cars more and make me want to build some of my own one day. The very first show I saw of someone modifying and thrashing cars was as show from about 2003, called "High Octane". This was a show based in NZ. Not sure if you guys know it, but since then, my love for cars just grew. I am now 23 and a student and I drive a 1.4t Opel Astra from 2013. My first turbo car.

Hey boys, thanks for doing the pulsar. I've had mine for 7 years. Needs welding now but the engine starts first time every time.
Front exit exhaust, fmic, adjustable electronic coilovers, diy nismo rear diff, hopefully getting digital clocks from aus in a few weeks from an nx1600.
Can't wait to have it back on the road this year, it was running 11.3 1/4 at 132 last time it was out in 2015 with nankangs and significant wheel spin.
The thing is a dream to drive and tunnel runs are obscene with the exhaust @ 106db at idle.
This guys sound work so well. It's amazing I've been watching since June

One of my favorite things about MCM is how Moog always squeezes a sound engineering knowledge nugget into their episodes. I have been a sound engineer and now have gone to college to be a mechanic. To say these guys are hero’s of mine would be an understatement.
Dad and I bought a GTIR pulsar in 2016 and now are starting to get it ready.

The sneaky celica lights pasted over the headlights was a nice diversionary touch
Literally my fave car so far, the Pulsar GTiRs were the fastest cars on the 1/4 at Silverstone Trax 2000. TY guys looking forward to the journey and seeing this completed.

If you can afford a bit of a tatty GTi-R then go for it cause there going up in value ie a good one is £20.000 uk and more for the uk sunny GTi-R.
